Guest speaker- key note speaker:
- Journey to Always – Typically a 45 minute talk illustrating my journey with the use of seatbelts. The story is personal, emotional and impactful. It illustrates reasons why many people avoid “always” following a safety practice that they know and understand. During the presentation links to your organization’s management system and/or areas of focus can be blended in to establish a link to your efforts.
- The Pain of Hearing Loss – Although this talk is shorter but can be expanded to fit your needs. The talk models a template that leaders in your organization can use to shape and influence the behaviors of people. This story reflects my personal loss and it’s impact on me, my family and the work I love so passionately. This story is also a template for influencing behavior changes for nearly every safety lapse when employees know the rules but choose not the follow the rules. A one day workshop with video feedback can be designed to give your key leaders the skills and practice necessary to deliver this key message. The workshop can be a key activity aligned with your assessment.
- My Conversion – From a rough and tumble guy to a man that God spoke very clearly to. This is a story of a life changing event that helped me understand my relationship with God. My personal story is ongoing saga. My learning’s and my faith continue to grow. This personal story reflects the course correction that has changed my life!
Assessments:
Over the past several years I have developed a survey that can be used to gauge your organization’s current performance. The survey output can then used to develop key areas of focus, action plans and provide a means to measure your progress. The survey can be utilized to periodically assess your progress and implement corrections during the planning cycle. Facilitation is available to develop and monitor your plans.
Coaching:
No I am not Bear Bryant, but I can help your key leaders and supervisors build plans to improve their leadership skills. Plans will include measurable performance targets, follow-up coaching and an annual review matched to your organization’s periodic performance review processes.
Fees:
Negotiable – preliminary discussions in determining your needs and drafting a proposal are not billed. Proposal will include a fee structure.
