Testimonials:
I have known Bishop since 1999 when he was the Chevron representative to the West Texas Safety Training Center's Steering Committee. I found him to be of high integrity, easy to work with, and was always one of the first to volunteer to serve on our committees. Bishop is driven by a passion to improve workplace safety. He is an outstanding communicator who understands what is really going on in the oilfield workplace. With his communication skills and his understanding of the work activities, Bishop definitely has the tools required to improve any company's hazard recognition skills, safety behaviors, and employee teamwork.

My Conversion
I recently had the pleasure of viewing the insightful and encouraging testimony of Bishop Decker's spiritual conversion.
His testimony truly conveyed the power of believing and trusting during difficult trials. Bishop, a former muscular rugby player shares about the humbling experience of his near death accident. Always a person in control, and never fearful of playing a dangerous sport he reached a point in his life when he could not rely on personal physical strength to survive such a horrific accident.
I would highly recommend this video to those searching for a glimpse of the power the Holy Spirit has for those who turn their will over to God.
This video is also a great teaching tool about the dangers of traveling alone in the wilderness and how important it is to always be prepared in case of an accident.
Sincerely,
Denise Barker
